Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All financial transactions on hm333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hm333 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. hm333 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's specific terms shall apply.

No content from hm333 may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of hm333.

Game providers whose titles appear on hm333 retain their own independent intellectual property rights. hm333 operates as a platform and does not claim ownership of third-party game content. Any use of game names, logos, or assets beyond what is permitted by the relevant game provider's licensing terms is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hm333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hm333 platform or any of its services.
